Appalachian Brewing Company Hoppy Trails IPAJust went out for a run while pushing a 30-pound kid in a jogging stroller. Then, I did a weights workout. Why? So I wouldn't feel bad drinking this delicious, generously hopped beer from the Harrisburg-based brewery. This is the last beer in my fridge. I'm savoring the flavors.
