Rogue John John Dead Guy Ale
Since I've never been a fan of hard liquor, I was shocked when I took a pull of this version of Rogue's Dead Guy and bourbon taste was noticeably present. Aged in whiskey barrels, it made me wonder if I'd be able to stomach the real thing. Complex sipping beer.

So I was at Pizzeria Uno in Maple Shade, N.J. Saw this on tap. Ordered it. Waitress said I should try sample. Discovered why. Thing tasted like mouthwash with pepper in it. Horrible. 'Cause it's gluten-free? Here's an idea: Can't have gluten? Don't drink beer. This thing was disgusting.

Yards Saison
Went to Maple Shade Pizzeria Uno. Ordered a Yards Saison. They gave me the wrong beer. It was a little more Belgian-influenced, but terrific so I drank it without complaint. Copped a sixer of the real thing. Turned out they gave me the right beer. Sorry I doubted you, Uno.
