Central Waters Happy Heron Pale AleLast we checked in with 'Sconsin's Central Waters, they were offering an IPA that merited lukewarm semi-endorsement. It's official: Have to write them off. This pale has stale scent and hops that are best described as "murky" (held back on funky). Include wack label and it's struggling for air.
