Flying Fish Grand Cru Winter ReserveWhen you consider that I spent many years as a resident of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, it's probably a bit surprising that I have never visited Cherry Hill's Flying Fish Brewery. Gotta get it on the itinerary. It's a classic Belgian with citrusy notes. Lighter than legends Chimay or Ommegang.
