Stoudts Smooth Hoperator
Was miffed when I put two and two together, realizing this beer was bock variety. Don't love bocks. Wish there was type identification to go with beer name (and effectively cheeky label). Where this beer succeeds is hops surplus to go with healthy malts. Perfect balance. The result? Stellar doppelbock.

Booze ... in 50 Words or Less: Bell's Cherry Stout

A rich yet sweet stout with a tart, almost sour cherry finish. Quite a unique flavor, mixing cherry, chocolate, vanilla, and the malts of a porter. A tad light for a stout. While I enjoyed it, I probably wouldn't order more than one in a single night.

Fuller's ESB
Being that this bills itself as the "original ESB," I'm going to have to go blasphemous and say that I didn't really enjoy it. Has plenty of malt (almost tastes Oktoberfesty), but hop "flavours" advertised on label are nonexistent. Doesn't have the standout quality of their London Pride pale ale.
